I was a bit skeptical of this website at first, but it is true that this site connects you to real doctors around Italy. Dr. Bonizzi was timely and helped me get the prescriptions I needed for a UTI. I was able to go to the pharmacy and receive them within an hour and a half of my appointment. Usually it is best to know what you need since its a video call, but he was great at recommending the right medicine!
